Bollywood Actress Sonal Chauhan

Sonal Chauhan

How it all literally began with 'Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na?'

Imran Khan and Abbas Tyrewala are making their debut as actor and director respectively in Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na. Though it was not an easy ride for the duo. Like any other director, Abbas had to face the test of convincing the producer (Aamir Khan) with a script narration. As everyone knows, Aamir Khan is very choosy and thinks a million times before he associates himself with any film. Bollywood Hungama now narrates to you what happened when Aamir first heard the script of Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na.

Imran Khan and Abbas Tyrewala went to Aamir Khan to narrate the script; Abbas started reading out the script to Aamir with full energy. Halfway through the script, Abbas started looking at Imran again and again as Aamir Khan showed no reaction to any of the sequences.

Professor Shah Rukh becomes Quick-Gun-Murugan

Shah Rukh Khan is leaving no stone unturned to boost the viewer ship of his game show Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? While he managed to rope in celebs like Kareena Kapoor with beau Saif Ali Khan, Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra and even good friends Karan Johar and Rani Mukherjee in some of the special episodes, this weekend, Khan himself takes on the mantle of doing something out of the ordinary.

Professor Shah Rukh Khan would be seen at his naughtiest best doing his famous 'Quick- Gun -Murugan' take from Om Shanti Om on this Sunday's episode of Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? He would be seen in his complete get up a-la South superstar Rajinikanth sporting bright red clothes, an atrocious moustache and a raucous accent.

Needless to say the contestants on this show didn't 'Mind It' and had a blast with 'Quick-Gun-Murugan' oops… SRK. To catch all the fun and action of this special episode, don't miss Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? on this Sunday 22nd June at 8 pm IST

Cast: Aftab Shivdasani, Riteish Deshmukh, Rimi Sen, Ayesha Takia

E Niwas's De Taali, can barely be reviewed. It seems at first a Dil Chahta Hai sort of urban, breezy romantic comedy.

Aftab Shivdasani is the richer, super-sentimental version of Archie Andrews. He has a closed circle of two childhood friends. A sweet, tomboyish Ayesha Takia. A Jughead sort of best friend, that's Ritesh Deshmukh. There's then the hottie Veronica that's Rimi Sen, who's after our Archie's money.

We don't know where these friends live. It looks like somewhere between Singapore, Bangkok and Bombay. We also don't know how old they are.

They have a personal tree-house with dumb graffiti. Only the three hug-happy buddies are allowed into this tree-house. Still, so far so ok.

Everything merely goes berserk only in the latter half, really. The filmmaker spends quarter of the film justifying and justifying some more the greedy, bitchy Rimi Sen's character.

The romantic comedy also goes completely elsewhere into a comedy about a hostage drama gone wrong; the sorts of Darwaza Bandh Rakho or Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega.

Bollywood earns millions from Pakistan as Lollywood suffers

LAHORE - Pakistan is losing millions in foreign exchange by importing Indian films. The Bollywood flicks exhibition here on the other hand has virtually closed down the Urdu film industry.

Film writer and actor Raja Riaz stated this while talking to The Nation on Friday. Till now 18 movies have been imported under the new foreign films import policy that says any film that has not been shot in India can be screened in Pakistan and also the film should have its certificate of origin from country other than India.

"The local investors have shied away from investing in films here. Few Urdu films are in pipeline. Only the Punjabi films production is continuing and that too of low budget projects. If the situation continues the few people still associated with the film industry will also leave and engage in some other business.

"The government instead of allowing import of Indian films should have devised a strategy to ensure that the local industry did not have any negative impact. Bollywood filmmakers are not allowed to shoot films here nor Indian actors are allowed to act in Pakistani films. They should have allowed it first to ensure that not all cash flow is from Pakistan to India but it is both ways.

Bollywood is now universal

What type of relationship is shaping up between Bollywood and Hollywood? Not only are major Hollywood studios like Sony (Saawariya), Warner Bros (From Chandni Chowk to China) and Disney (Roadside Romeo) producing proper Bollywood movies, but now Bollywood producers are investing and filming in Hollywood.

Next week, Kambakth Ishq, starring A-listers Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor will begin filming at Universal Studios in Los Angeles. Sylvester Stallone is expected to play himself in Bollywood’s most expensive film to date. Producer Sajid Nadiawala confirms: “Yes, we have signed Stallone; we didn’t want to leave any stone unturned.” Will they also rope in Sharon Stone?

This development is the latest in a growing trend for Indian investment in Hollywood. At the recent Cannes Film Festival, Reliance Big Entertainment, part-owned by one of India’s richest men, announced a $1 billion injection into at least eight Hollywood Companies. Further, Eros International, one of the biggest Bollywood distributors signed a joint venture with Loinsgate, an independent studio, in order to widen exposure of Bollywood in America.

Will the masala ‘song and dance’ formula be diluted in order to cater to western audiences? Kishore Lulla, Head of Eros says: “People want something new every time. You can’t keep giving them the same old thing. There will be sex, definitely.”

The London King

UK Bollywood star spotters are in for a treat this week as two Khans are currently in London. Shah Rukh Khan returns to his favourite city to attend a dinner on Friday. “I say it as a joke to everyone that when the English left India, we were not going to let them go!” He also told me: “It’s the greatest city in the world. It feels like an extension of middle-class Mumbai.”

Bollywoods bitter love story

Do people beyond a certain age have the right to get married?

That’s a fairly valid question and it emerges from the creases of comedy in Mere Baap Pehle Aap. In the film the son arranges for his aging father to marry the woman he loved and lost.
Two years ago Rishi Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia, known in real life to have share more than a passing fondness, played aging single parents who find love. The film Pyar Mein Twist bombed. So did Hamare Tumhare where Sanjeev Kumar wanted to marry Rakhi. Basu Chatterjee’s Khatta Meetha got a slightly better opening. Maybe Ashok Kumar and Pearl Padamsee looked like they were married anyway. So nobody minded.

The alarming part of Mere Baap Pehle Aap is that Paresh Rawal and Shobana who are supposed to be ‘old’ people discovering belated love together, are both in their 40s.

Is that old? Especially in an industry where women are too taken up with their careers to worry about their biological clock. They tend to ‘settle down’ a little late in life. Or not at all. Look at the screen divas who made it, and those who didn’t. Hema Malini and Sridevi found love and motherhood in the arms of a married man. Both Hemaji and Sridevi in spite of breaking the social code have conducted their married lives with extreme dignity and grace.

Kiran Rao - The rescuer during crisis situations

Aamir Khan Productions' next release Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na is already generating a lot of curiosity with each passing day. While the promos are rocking big time, we bring you yet another interesting piece of information on the film.

While it's a known fact that Aamir Khan has been actively involved with this project, even wifey Kiran Rao has played a big part in the making of the film. Every time there is a crisis, Aamir Khan and friends of Kiran Rao, remember only one person and that's Kiran Rao. When Aamir Khan took over the reins of Taare Zameen Par as director, Kiran Rao was there at each and every moment, helping him out as an assistant.

Even during Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na, it was Kiran who came to Abbas Tyrewala's rescue, when one of his assistant directors fell sick during shooting. Confirms a source from Aamir Khan Productions, "Kiran Rao is always there for everyone around whenever there is a crisis. She is an angel who steps in to help everyone around. She had stepped forward to help Aamir and his team, on Taare Zameen Par and now extended her support even for Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na. It so happened that Abbas and gang were shooting in Mumbai when the first assistant director fell seriously sick in middle of shoot. So, Abbas in panic made calls to all his friends to check if someone could step in to help. First assistant director is integral to the shoot and without that person it is quite impossible to shoot. When Kiran Rao heard of this, she called up Abbas and said that she would join him immediately. She is truly an angel who steps in to help everyone around"

It may be recalled that Kiran had even flown to Jaipur to help Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra during the shooting of Dilli 6 when one of his A.D.'s had to rush home. Seems like Kiran indeed believes in the saying 'A friend in need is a friend indeed'.

Why Karan Johar is turning blogger

Like his colleagues Amtiabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan, ace filmmaker Karan Johar has also started blogging, but says he is doing it to put his thoughts into writing rather than vocalising them all the time. “I’ve always been a closet writer. I’ve been offered newspaper columns that I almost did, but never got down to,” Karan told IANS.

“I feel a blog would be a good way to express my thoughts on cinema. Things that don’t routinely get space in the traditional media outlets these days,” added the director who is all set to direct his next “My Name is Khan” with Shah Rukh Khan.

U, Me Aur Hum Bollywood Movie Reviews

One of Bollywood’s most well liked couple Kajol and Ajay Devgan are back to set the screen on fire in this touching story of love. The film sees Ajay Devgan take on a new avtaar as Director-cum-Actor in his directorial debut. The film is infact being directed and produced by Devgan under his banner Devgan Films’. The script is co-written by Robin Bhatt and Sutanu Gupta, apart from Devgan. Vishal Bharadwaj(of Omkara fame) provides the musical score for this evergreen romance.

The film is being promoted as an inclusive family social. Elements of humour, drama etc intermix freely in the storyline. The movie projects and encourages the institution of marriage and the concept of long-term relationships. In the words of the actor-director-producer, “I would rather call my film a romantic film which has a lot of drama and humor”. Considering some of Ajay Devgan’s most memorable performances have come in action and serious roles, it’s surprising that he chose a story which is primarily a romantic comedy for his maiden directorial venture. Nevertheless the film has attracted a lot of attention as it will be after a long time that cine goers will be able to catch the real life pair of Kajol and Ajay Devgan in action together.

The film is set on a cruise ship, as shown prominently on the promos. Ajay, played by Ajay Devgan, meets Pia, played by Kajol. She serves him drinks in that first encounter. He is a top rated psychiatrist, but this beautiful woman completely muddles his mind up and the toll she takes on him is far greater and taxing than that of the alcohol. This was true love in his book. Pia on her part was a woman of the heart, and could only watch as he made a total mess of the episode, and was pleased when he passed out. It took him two dozen drinks to utter the three magical words, “I love you”. A few lies here and there were thrown in to please the lady. The lady won over, it all seemed so idyllic and heavenly for this couple for the ages, till he confessed. And Pia isn’t amused; she leaves. The story is all about the emotions and times of this couple.

U, Me Aur Hum has attracted a lot of interest as its one of the few times when one sees a top line Bollywood actor don the director’s hat, even when in the prime of his acting career. Despite speculation that the film is based on the 2004 Hollywood romance, ‘Notebook’, the makers have denied any such similarity and have claimed their product is completely different. Kajol’s casting in a role that seems completely up her alley is another facet to look out for.

The film, set for an April 11 release, is one of the most exciting upcoming movies. The catchline of the movie says “The greatest journey covered is the distance between two people”. Let’s wait and watch if the film can successfully make the journey to the audience’s hearts.

Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi Bollywood Movie Reviews

Aditya chopra’s latest venture rab ne bana di Jodi is being eagerly awaited by millions. He is all set to be back in the limelight with this new promising project of his. He is putting on the director’s cap after 8 yrs. His last directorial venture was mohabbatein starring shahrukh khan. Aditya chopra will make his new movie rab ne bana di jodi under the banner of “yash raj films” this time. The viewers are definitely hoping a visual treat. His legendary first movie diwale dulhaniya le jayenge has still not been forgotten by anyone. It created a record breaking history in bollywood. This movie again has shahrukh in it, which surely will be a major publicity factor for it. The combination of aditya chopra and shahrukh khan has proven to be a hit in the past.

As already mentioned shahrukh khan is the main hero of the movie. The female counterpart is yet to be finalized. The leading lady opposite to shahrukh will be a fresh new face. The search has already started for the new face who can fit the role in a perfect manner. It surely will be a dream debut for that lucky girl to be acting with aditya chopra and shahrukh khan together in one film. Aditya chopra will also be writing the script for this movie along with direction. The shooting of the movie will believed to commence from may 2008. aditya chopra is planning to rope in salim-sulaiman for the music of this movie. Salim- sulaiman have created good music in the past.

We can enjoy this movie mostly by the end of 2008, which is when it is expected to release. This is a good time for the release of the movie because of the holiday season for many of us.Aditya chopra had by choice taken this 8 year long break from direction. He was certainly not wasting time or talent doing nothing. He had been engaged in setting up the first studio model in India, which definitely would take “yash raj films” places. Simultaneously he was also busy with a lot of production activities. The movies which were produced under him over the recent past are hum tum, fanaa, salam namaste to name a few. He was the creative director of these movies. Along with all this he also had written many scripts in movies like veer zaara which was yash chopra’s directorial project. We surely are hoping for another record breaking movie just like dilwale dulahaniya le jayenge which still is been shown in theatres in Mumbai. The duo shahrukh khan and aditya chopra are all set to create magic once again.

Chamku Bollywood Movie Review

Maybe sometime back, Deol’s used to be hardly non-existent in the Hindi Film Industry. Now a day, one is sure to encounter them boasting the really bonded family of theirs. A starry line up with the likes of Dharmender and Sunny Deol, the family is sure to catch an eye. The intensions were made clear with ‘Apne’, whereby Deol’s proved it through their hard hitting, no nuisance manner, that they meant business. The flick received satisfactory responses, taking into consideration the degree to which the youth today is being dragged towards Hollywood.

Post-Apne, their first home production ‘Chamku’ is lined up for release this October. With an attractive star caste in the form of Bobby Deol, Arshad warsi as well as Priyanka Chopra, the film has started making some news. Decorated with catchy tag line ‘Kahani kabhie khatam nahin Hoti’, the flick is sure to turn some heads. Directed by kabeer kaushik, one can expect something realistic of some logistic values in the movie.

The film revolves around the central character ‘Chamku’, a Bihari who migrates to Mumbai for reasons of immaterial values. The story then turns into a narrative, dealing primarily with the life of a Bihari in Mahrashtra. The very thought is enough to raise some eyebrows. Well, for those pondering over the issue whether the story is attributed to the tyranny of the non-locals in Mumbai, keep pondering, as Bobby Deol in a recent interview, by leaving questions unanswered, opene doors for one’s imagination to come into play. A very smart marketing move one must say!

Personally for Bobby, past one year has not turned up rich dividends. With the failure of ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom’ and average responses to ‘Apne’, the lanky Deol has something to think about. This, however, should not stop him from being optimistic as ‘Chamku’, stars Priyanka Chopra with Bobby for the fthird time, with, ‘Barsat’ and ‘Kismat’ being the former. Accrding to the rumors, the duo are looking refreshingly good. With a diva like Priyanka in the whereabouts, one should not expect anything less. Apart from ‘Chamku’, Bobby would be seen in ‘Ek’ and ‘Roshan’, which are also lined up for release latter this year.

The music for ‘Chamku’ is composed by Monty of ‘Saawariya’ fame, who last year won hearts of millions with music like a breath of fresh air. Lyrics by Sameer, who once again has been noticed as writing for Bobby’s movies, usually complements the great music by Monty.

Sources reveal that, Danny Denzongpa, will also be joining the team to shoot for five days at film city latter this month. He play ‘baba’, a devotee, who in the movie resurrects boby from the shackles of insecurity. With such a power pact script, a brilliant director, refreshing music and gorgeous caste, Vijeta production is all set for a second innings!

Roadside Romeo Bollywood Movie Reviews

How much does it normally take to amuse and absorb viewers across the nation for so long? What makes it possible for them to be acclaimed all across the country and the world as India’s pre- prominent movie mansion with an unmatched box office record and an unrivalled commitment to famous cinema? Firstly, it takes incredible and unconventional stories. For instance, the five eccentric stories which are unique in every sense and that form the very base for YRF’s (Yash raj film) releases this year.

Firstly, it is “Tashan”, all set to hit the screens on 25th of April, which is being directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the scriptwriter of the blockbuster movies Dhoom:2” and “Dhoom”. It is also his first movie as a director. If you have ever thought, only western movies could coalesce style with stuff, well then its time for you to think yet again: so can “Tashan” – the good luck, the ishtyle , the pharmoola!. Next on the list will be storyteller Kunal Kohli’s venture starring Saif and Rani Mukerji. Romance, drama, fantasy, and more – all that you would ever want in a movie is there in the script of this movie, which is yet to be titled. Yash Raj production house will also invite the nation to celebrate and rejoice the fresh new tale of “Bachna Ae Haseeno”, the third movie of the director, Siddharth Anand, which is all set to release on august 15th.

People often wonder why is YRF considered to be so prominent and why there movies are so eagerly awaited. One of the reasons would certainly be their uncanny knack to experiment and try out different formulas. This year on 24th October one is likely to witness a new episode in Yash Raj Films’ ever escalating strides. It will by all probabilities mark the release of its first full length animated movies which is a joint venture of the Studio together with Walt Disney, apparently the best in animation.

Roadside Romeo is a forthcoming animated movie that would have Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan lending their voices to animated individuals for the first time. Saif is lending his voice to a blemished brat of a street dog named ‘Romeo’. “Roadside Romeo” twirls the story of a cool, rich, street dog who apparently is abandoned or in other words deserted on the lanes and at the present needs to confront with problems which he has by no means faced previously. It also features the voice of javed akhtar and all the technology work is done exclusively in India. Movie is directed and written by another promising talent Jugal Hansraj. This venture along with Walt Disney Pictures is expected to leave film followers of all ages entertained and animated like never before. “Roadside Romeo” certainly seems set to become a landmark.

I love to hate Rakhi Sawant: Kashmera Shah

The war of words between two Bollywood item girls continues as actress Kashmera Shah says she is far better than Rakhi Sawant who, she asserts, gets into controversies just for publicity.

Said Kashmera: 'I have nine hits from 'Jungle', 'Yes Boss', 'Aankhen' and many other films. What does she have? She knows that if she can get into a controversy with me, she will gain popularity.'

Kashmera first got noticed with the song 'Jawani Se Ab Jung' in Mahesh Manjrekar's blockbuster hit 'Vastav'.

'I'd like to be known as an actor who can dance, unlike Rakhi who is a trying to be an actor from a dancer, ' she said.

'I love to hate her and I hate to love her, ' Kashmera told.

Rakhi and Kashmera's rivalry goes back to Sony TV's reality show 'Big Boss', where the two were participants. They started off as good pals but their relations soured during the show. The duo accused each other of maligning their image to gain sympathy votes.

Their relations only worsened during reality dance show 'Nach Baliye 3', in which they even took personal potshots at each other.

Incidentally, Kashmera is playing an item girl named 'Rakhi' who aspires to become an actress in a big budget musical called 'City of Dreams'.

The play, directed by Mohamed Morani, gives an insight into the Hindi film industry and depicts the struggle of an aspiring actress.

So, does she play the real Rakhi Sawant?

'I am not playing Rakhi Sawant? It's not difficult to play Rakhi because she is just one-dimensional. But I think it would be difficult to play me, ' Kashmera retorted.

The actress revealed that she has been offered many projects in various television reality shows. Kashmera is also playing an important role in Sunny Deol's directorial debut 'The Man'.

Is Katrina Kaif trying an Akki fry?

It looks like hot babe Katrina Kaif has lost her cool on the unwanted rumours created by some part of the media and has decided to rebuff.

Recently it was reported that Akshay Kumar, while seated at the IIFA awards with his wife Twinkle, ignored Katrina’s calls. It was also said that Twinkle and Katrina share cold vibes and looked through each other at Vipul Shah's party thrown for his wife Shefali last month.

Katrina, listening to all, fumes, “People need to stop imagining so much. This is pure imagination on someone's part. Akshay Kumar came in for the show in the night and left right after as he had a flight to catch.

I had dinner with Twinkle and some of her friends after that and even my mom was with me. So what's with these stories?”

It’s thus proved that media was throwing imaginative bricks at the otherwise cool Kat. But it’s said that everything, said or drawn, has to have some base.

Even imagination must have some stage to stand on. What should we think then? And if, throwing an if, the whole picture is baselessly imaginative then what’s the need of becoming so hot?

Especially when people know Kat is really hot. Maybe the temperature is required to make some Akki dish! Who can say if something is cooking at the backdoor? Hun, you naughty hot Kat?

Suggest me a new marriage date: Rani

The question for the abundantly -talented Rani is, what next? After playing angel in Kunal Kohli's Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic she is all set to do one more thoroughly unconventional role.

Rani plays a cricketer in Yashraj Films' next to be directed by debutant Anurag Singh. She's paired for the first time with Shahid Kapoor in what promises to be a first of its kind not just for the actress but for cinema anywhere.

Laughing her hearty Mukherjee laughter from her swanky new home Rani says, "I don't know if any actress has played a cricketer before.

But I am playing one for sure. In fact I've been learning cricket regularly on the field for the past two months. I can most certainly play the game convincingly now, though not as good as the professionals yet. How convincing I look, we'll soon know. It's a very big challenge for me."

Rani is hungry for new roles. " At this stage of my career I feel I need new challenges. When Kunal Kohli offered me angel's role I was kicked. I don't now of any actress who has played an angel before, do you?"

I remind her of Brad Pitt in Meet Joe Black.

"Also, " says Rani. "For the first time I was playing a character who couldn't cry. Now they can stop saying Rani cries so much in all her films. It was pretty cool to play a character who actually doesn't know how to cry and who had to fly around like Hrithik in Krissh."

Being suspended on a harness was not easy. "It required a lot of physical strength to assume the correct 'flying' posture on the harness. I guess it'd be equally difficult for me to look convincing as a cricketer. But I'm glad to be doing work which challenges."

So is she equipped to join the ILP now? I quip. "I don't know about that. But I'm definitely enjoying it. My practical sessions are on full swing."

So who on earth is Anurag Singh and what gives him the privilege to work with an actress of Rani's stature?

"That you will have to ask Aditya Chopra. It isn't as if I haven't worked with new directors before. I was in Shaad Ali's first film Saathiya, remember? And Kunal Kohli who has made a beautiful magical film with me now started his career with me in Mujhse Dosti Karoge."

So after an angel and a cricketer what would Rani like to play? "Maybe an astronaut like Kalpana Chawla. And I'd also love to play a doctor. I've never done that before. Come to think of it I've never worked with Shahid Kapoor before either. I'm doing so now."

Isn't there a danger of her being branded a resident Yashraj heroine since all her recent films have been with that banner alone?

"Why?" Rani shoots back. "Wasn't Saawariya with Sanjay Leela Bhansali? And if Yashraj is making some of the best films in our country why should I keep out of them just because people are talking?

Incidentally my marriage date February 10, 2008 has come and gone. Would mediapersons like to set another date for me so I can start getting my trousseau ready?"

Big B won't play Sarkar again

Veteran actress Jaya Bachchan has liked the 'Sarkar Raj' saga so much that she has urged director Ram Gopal Varma to make another sequel.

'Sarkar Raj' starring Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek and his wife Aishwarya Rai, got a mixed response, but Jaya loved it.

'Varma was asked this question at a press conference in Bangkok and he said he has not thought about it. But Jaya in a rare reaction has urged him that he must do a part three, as did a few others. I personally feel he should not. Better for people to say 'why not' than 'why did you', ' Amitabh told.

Incidentally, she is the most outspoken Bachchan of the family who didn't think Varma's remaking 'Sholay' was a good idea and who was vocal of her opposition to tampering with an invincible classic.

And now Jaya is excited by the idea of a trilogy in the 'Sarkar' series. The latest political thriller ends with the death of Abhishek's character.

The third part would probably show the senior Bachchan taking charge of the family empire again, with his elder son's child manoeuvring the Nagre empire by his grandpa's side. Kay Kay Menon played the elder son in the first part.

Incidentally, the director had thought about another sequel even while 'Sarkar Raj' was in post-production.

My first income was just fifty rupees: Shah Rukh Khan

All time hot item for news, Shah Rukh Khan, has recently started hitting news for his television appearance for Paanchvi Pass, too.

Starting his career with 1988 Doordarshan serial Fauji, Shah Rukh Khan has traversed a long to reach his status of King Khan. Here he has taken out few moments to have a bird’s eye view at his past life, his true colour and bit more…

Q. Who is the actual Shah Rukh Khan – an actor, a businessman, a father or a husband?
A. Even I don’t know who the actual Shah Rukh is as because I spend most of my time portraying different characters.

Most of the time we play such characters who are much superior from any point of view. But there is one common factor in each of the character I play and that factor is emotion. It’s impossible to depict a true sketch of a character without proper emotion.

But, when I stay at home I show my true emotions as a father and a husband. And I don’t know how much truth I can maintain while talking about my role of a father outside my home.

Q. Where do you find yourself at the best of your professional graph – as a host or as an actor?
A. Whether it’s in acting or hosting a show, success stays with me for very short period of time. I feel reaching height only when I make my cameraman or director astonished with the best of my performance.

I feel really happy when all those shots reach the remote areas of the country and people feel them from the core of their hearts.
