The Indian Premier League’s Mohali T20 cricket team, headed by Yuvraj Singh, had a formal launch party on Tuesday in the outskirts of Chandigarh. But the launch, however, did not seem to be an all exciting event for the team Owner, Preity Zinta, for the lady suffered an injury in her eye during the event.
“I don’t know how it happened,” says Preity. “But in the melee at the launch an elbow came and hit me straight in the eye. I had to go through the event with a black eye wearing dark glasses.”
Some eye witnesses quote that there was a major rush at the event and someone probably threw something at Preity. She was hurt in her eye when one of her bodyguards tried to catch the object and his elbow hit her. After the event Preity spent the entire evening nursing her eye with ice packs.
