Despite being difference in technology and many other aspects of film making Bollywood and Hollywood stars both are unanimous on aspects of investing in Middle-East. Shahrukh Khan has invested in real-estate in Ras Al Khaimah, one of the UAE’s seven emirates where as Oscar winning actress Hillary Swank has investments in Aquitainia, a $1.49 billion project on The World islands in Dubai.
