A leaner looking Emraan Hashmi for ‘Raaz’

Bhatt camp and Emraan Hashmi go hand in hand and after the success of ‘Jannat’ not that the Bhatts complain of this chemistry. The next much-hyped project from this camp with Emraan is ‘Raaz- The Mystery Continues’ produced under the banner of Vishesh Films and directed by young Mohit Suri.

Here, Emraan plays the role of an artist and the actor has gone to the extent of losing 10 kgs for the role. His lean look along with his spiked hair, an arty beard, kohled eyebrows, and junk jewellery have given a positive effect with a brand new promising look for the actor.

It was director Mohit Suri’s idea that Emraan should shed off some of that extra flab for the character and professional enough, Emraan crash dieted and completely cut off bread, pastries, cheese and any kind of junk food from his diet. He switched to sugar free desserts, from aata to nachni rotis and even minimized his salt intake. The results are there for all to see- he was 76 kgs and is now much leaner at 66 kgs.

Speaking about this effort Emraan says “It’s not so difficult, if you’re serious about it. And the results are the biggest motivator encouraging me to stick to the schedule. Along with the change in diet, I walk every day for an hour and drink lots of water. Also, I’ve begun having dinner 3 hours before I sleep, and whenever I have a day off, I go for a run before breakfast, because you supposedly burn more of fat that way. I saw the biggest difference in a week after cutting off bread from my diet.”

Emraan is happy with the results and plans to continue with this leaner look. He says, “I’ve got used to this discipline and am enjoying this new leaner feel.”

She says on her working with Salman and Anil, “They were fantastic! This was my fourth film with Anil Kapoor and he always amazes me with his body language and dialogue delivery in each of his films. And, Salman is unique in his way and so spontaneous in his acting. He wouldn’t do something he cannot relate to and will only take up something he believes in. Salman is a very dear person in my life. People read, talk and write what they feel but beyond that I wouldn’t want to comment anything else on this topic.”

Priyanka and Kangana avoid each other

Priyanka Chopra and Kangana Ranaut are not on talking terms these days, inspite of giving together a great hit like Fashion. Their rudeness towards each other was witness by many at Fashion’s success party.

A source reveals, “Both Priyanka and Kangana made discreet enquiries about the time when the other was expected to arrive. When Kangana got to know that Priyanka was coming in late, she reached the party early and left within a short while. Madhur suddenly realised that Kangana couldn’t be seen.So when a few friends told him that she had already left, he was flabbergasted.”

Madhur says, “When I called her up, Kangana excused herself saying her sister was unwell.”

Madhur wanted the three leading ladies of his film to cut the success cake together. But only Priyanka and Mugdha were present for the cake cutting ceremony.

Aftab calms Aamna down

Aamna Sharif is all set to make her mark in Bollywood with her debut flick Aloo Chaat. Rumors are rife that she is dating her on-screen hero from the movie Aftab Shivdesani.

The pretty lass reveals some details about her experience while shooting Aloo Chaat, “It was my first day at shoot. I was very nervous. In fact I could not sleep the night before that. In my first shot, the entire family in the film was in the background and Aftab was supposed to hold my hand in the first shot,” says Aamna.

She adds, “My hands were actually shivering and he calmed me down and asked me to chill. He wished me all the best. There was a lot of warmth when he gave me his wishes and I think that is the reason why the chemistry between us in the film has turned out the way it has.”

Kareena to wear bikini underwater

Kareena fans will get to see the zero size actress once again displaying her perfect 10 figure She will be seen wearing a bikini for an underwater scene in her next movie Kambhaqt Ishq. The schedule of the film is supposed to be held in Mumbai in January.

Designer Akki Narula is said to be designing the bikini Kareena will be wearing and says that he has always loved to work with Kareena. He has stated that her looks in this film are going to be memorable as in Tashan wherein the only saving grace of that film was her size zero body.

Akshay Kumar is also said to be there in the film and all his outfits are designed by Sabina Khan. He will be sporting a rough look in this film as he is playing the character of a stuntman. He is also said to be wearing shorts for a sequence. Kareena is playing an international model in the film and as per the requirement of the script she wears a bikini in the film.

All the sets in the film are being designed to show its high end look and it is said that the bikini scene is meant to be shot in Venice where Akshay is supposed to be romancing Kareena. He will be romancing her there while a Venetian landscape will be given here to make it look authentic.

The entire shoot will last for a week and will finish with Hollywood's all time great actor Sylvester Stallone who will be making his first Bollywood appearance by doing a cameo role.
